The provider's office sends an invitation to the email address provided by the patient. The invitation will expire 7 days after being sent.
1. Click on the Sign Up Now button to begin.
2. Enter the following information:
- First name
- Last name
- Email (must be the same email address used for the invitation)
- Create a password
When finished, select Sign Up.
3. Next, validate the account with:
Social security number if given to the office.
--OR--
Date of birth AND phone number.
Select Confirm and Connect.
4. Once you have connected, the patient will be taken to the appointments page.
