Quick charting on the iPad allows you to quickly access the clinical notes from during a video visit and from the appointment details screen.
To get to Quick Charting, tap on the patient's name from one of the two locations where you can access the Quick Charting feature.
Video Visit Screen
After starting the video visit, access Quick Charting. You can access the form(s) you would like to use for charting and documenting the video visit in real-time. The patient will continue to see the provider on their screen.
Appointment Details Screen
Quick Charting from the appointment details screen allows you to access the clinical note for the appointment right from the main appointments screen of the iPad.
