Funding Source Field (Immunization Registry)

The Funding Source dropdown options have been updated to the latest version Please note that none of the previous vaccine records with inactive options selected will have their data overridden or changed. Users will need to manually update this information.

Update to Patient Chart and Clinical Notes (Gradual Rollout to All Users)

DrChrono has improved the patient chart and clinical note experience with the following updates:

Extended responsible party - additional fields added to Primary Responsible Party + Secondary Responsible Party section.

Demographic history - section added to allows users to enter previous names and previous addresses within the demographics tab of the patient chart; updates to this section will be saved in the patient's CCDA files when exported.

Billing codes in clinical forms - allows users to apply the appropriate billing codes assigned to a form field when the smart switches are turned on in the clinical note.

These updates will take place beginning March 2024 and will be enabled for all users by May 2024

Removing the hyperlink from the office column within the appointments page	Hyperlinks will no longer display within the office column of any section on the appointments page. This will apply to all of the different sections (Future, Past) within the appointments view.
Removal of the "Text Us" Number	We've removed the unused "Text Us" number on the login page from our application. Use the "Call Us" number, (844) 569-8628.
