You can easily copy a previous note on the iPad app, saving keystrokes and increasing your efficiency.
1. Once logged into the DrChrono EHR application select the patient and Start Visit.
2. Select Copy Other Note.
3. Select the desired Copyable Appointment.
4. Once the Copyable Appointment has been selected, a window will appear for you to select which aspects of the note you want to copy over, including Clinical Info, H&P, SOAP, and Additional Menu Options. You can select individual forms, all forms for H&P or SOAP notes. You can also clear your selections or select all at the bottom of the appointment notes menu. Select Copy this Note to copy over the selected aspects of the desired note.
