Medication List (PDMP Report) Update	The update provides a drop-down list for selecting PDMP Authorized Prescribers. This list will display the location, DEA number, and NPI number of each prescriber for the user to make their selection. In cases where a user has only one Prescriber DEA, DrChrono will automatically select it and initiate the PDMP report. However, if there are multiple locations, the user is prompted to choose the intended Prescriber location. Once the selection is made, DrChrono proceeds to run the PDMP report for the specified prescriber's location. All actions surrounding the PDMP report are also tracked in the audit log. Clinical Notes - error handling	A fix has been implemented to enhance error handling in Clinical Notes. Users can use the Copy Diagnostic to Clipboard button when reporting new issues to support.	How to use the Copy Diagnostics to Clipboard function

Daily Reminders Metrics Email - Reminder Monitor page	Generate a daily email with some high-level reminders metrics. Information includes: Total number of reminders scheduled for the date Total number of reminders failed/not sent Breakdown of the reminders types (email, sms, phone call) Top 10 providers/practice groups
New Dashboard - Message Center Widget	The new dashboard includes a widget for the message center. Each message listing needs to contain: The sender Timestamp of receiving the message If applicable, the name of the associated patient with the ability to click on the name and be taken to the chart The message type (fax, eRx request, lab results, online appointment, referral, etc.) A message button that takes the user to the message in the message center
Minimum Password Length Requirement Increasing from 10 to 16 Characters	Please note that the minimum character length requirement for new password updates will be increased from 10 to 16 characters. Users will not need to change their existing passwords; however, all new passwords must be at least 16 characters long.	What are DrChrono's password requirements?

Clinical and Regulatory	Error transmitting prescriptions due incorrect timezone	A fix has been implemented to ensure that when a provider prescribes medication to the pharmacy, the time and date will accurately reflect the provider's local time zone rather than being converted to UTC or EST.
Clinical and Regulatory	Form Builder (beta)- single select field error	The Form Builder Beta version includes a fix that enables error-free editing for he single select options.
Practice Management	"Send Fax" keep spinning	Fixed an issue where "Send Fax" keeps spinning. Now the system will fax the document without an issue.
Practice Management	Edit Office screen was blank	Fixed an issue where users are unable to edit offices due to the screen being blank. Users should now be able to edit the offices by clicking the edit button.
Practice Management	Offices were out of order under bulk appointments	Offices order in the bulk appointments screen was different from Offices list under Accounts. Going forward, office order should be same in both the screen
Practice Management	Archived offices were displaying in the office dropdown under dashboard	Fixed an issue where archived offices were displaying in the dashboards office dropdown list. Only active offices will display.
Practice Management	API - Error including custom_fields when creating telehealth appointments	We have fixed an error that occurred when including custom_field objects in POST requests with api/telehealth_appointments.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) with Authy

To further protect your account, we'll encourage all users to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) starting May 13th.

Beginning May 13th, when you log into your account, you may see a prompt encouraging you to enable 2FA. Remember, setting up 2FA is entirely your choice, but we highly recommend it for its added security. If you would like to enable 2FA early to prevent getting an alert, you can follow the steps outlined in this article: How do I set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in my account?

Drug Database Migration - First Databank (FDB)

DrChrono's current drug database, Lexicomp, will be discontinued on June 28, 2024. In response, we have established a partnership with First Databank MedKnowledge. Our internal teams at DrChrono are dedicated to ensuring a seamless migration that does not impact the front-end design or disrupt providers' existing workflow.
