The patient report feature allows you to generate patient reports based on demographics, medication, diagnoses, allergies, or lab results.
1. Go to Reports > Patient Report.
2. Select the parameters you would like to see in your report.
3. Active medications, problems, allergies, and lab results can be used for reports as long as the data is entered into the patient's chart. To search by medication, problem, allergy, or lab results, select the [+] next to the option. Click Search to run the report. Click Export and it will download the report in a .csv file.
