Add Preferred Pharmacies in DrChrono

In DrChrono, you can add a patient's preferred pharmacy in their patient chart in Demographics. This is the default pharmacy for eRx.

Add a preferred pharmacy

1. In the patient chart, select Demographics.
2. Under Miscellaneous > Patient Preferred Pharmacies, select Pharmacy.

The Add Favorite Pharmacy window opens.

3. Search for and select the pharmacy.
4. Select Add.

The pharmacy appears on the preferred pharmacy list.

In OnPatient, the preferred pharmacies appear in the Pharmacy section of the Onboarding Forms page.
