Add Patient Preferred Pharmacies in DrChrono

In DrChrono, you can add a patient's preferred pharmacy in their patient chart in Demographics. This is the default pharmacy for eRx.

Add a preferred pharmacy

1. In the patient chart, select Demographics.
2. Under Miscellaneous > Patient Preferred Pharmacies, select + Pharmacy.
3. Add To Patient Preferred Pharmacies pop-out window will appear
4. Search for and select the pharmacy.

        5. Select Add & Set as Default or Add

The pharmacy will appear on the patient's preferred pharmacy list. Users can select one pharmacy from this list to set as the default. The default pharmacy is configured individually for each patient.

Under the action column choose Set as Default or use the red trash icon to delete.

In OnPatient, the preferred pharmacies appear in the Pharmacy section of the Onboarding Forms page.
