Real Time Eligibility Check on the iPad

To verify insurance coverage for a patient, you can do so withou our mobile EHR's real-time eligibility (RTE) tool.

You can search for a patient by typing their name into the search tool by selecting the magnifying glass icon in the upper right-hand corner. You can also select the patient from your appointment list.

On your patient's page, tap on their name and select Check Insurance Eligibility.

Tap the plus () icon to select the service type to run the eligibility. You can select as many as you need. Tap Save to run the eligibility check. Tap the refresh icon () to run the check again.

Results will be displayed similar to those below.
