The third tab listed under the Denial Analysis report is the Graph tab. Here is where you can see details for the parameters you set in a graph form.
You have the option to group the information with a primary (group by) and a secondary (sub-group by) reason. Options include Procedure Code, Insurance Payer ID, and Reason Code.
Grouped by Procedure Code
The CPT/HCPCS code is listed on the left side. The denied amount is listed in dollars on the orange bar graph and displayed as the highest dollar on top.
Grouped by Insurance Payer ID
The Insurance Payer ID is listed on the left side. The denied amount is listed in dollars on the orange bar graph and displayed as the highest dollar on top.
Grouped by Reason Code
The denial reason code is listed on the left side. The denied amount is listed in dollars on the orange bar graph and displayed as the highest dollar on top.
