Specific documents failing to load on iPad EHR/iPhone EMR	The issue regarding the inability to view specific EKG files on the mobile EHR app has been successfully resolved. Moving forward, EKG documents will load and be viewable on iOS devices, aligning with the functionality available on the web-based EHR.
Unable to change the pharmacy manually while sending eRx if the patient has a default pharmacy set	The issue has been resolved to allow users to manually change the pharmacy, even if a default pharmacy is already set.
Documents failing to load under quick history	The issue has been resolved to ensure that all documents load in the quick history menu.
Error displayed when sending eRx for compound medications	The issue has been resolved, enabling users to successfully send a prescription for a selected compound medication from the active medications list.
Additional text added after medication name on the Send eRx screen	The issue has been resolved to ensure the compound parts are correctly appended to the medication name without additional, unintended text.
Create task option missing from appointment screen on the iPhone EHR app	It has been resolved to ensure that the "create" option appears in the appointment tab on the iPhone EHR app, similar to the iPad EHR app.
