You can now take payments with Drchrono Payments in your DrChrono EHR.
From the patient appointment screen, click on Add Payment.
The following screen will appear. You can enter the amount due and add any notes at the bottom if desired.
You also have the option to choose from a dropdown menu of various payment vendors.
Next, make sure that your card reader device is on and synced to your iOS device. If it's not, the following error screen will notify you.
It's best practice to click on the blue gear icon in the bottom right and select Connect to Reader Automatically.
When your iOS device has found and begun connecting to your card reader, the following screen will notify you.
When your card reader has successfully synced to your iOS device, the following screen will notify you.
Tap the Charge button to begin the transaction.
Next, you will be prompted to swipe/insert/tap a credit card.
Once the card has been successfully read, you will be prompted to remove the credit card.
If the transaction is successful, the following screen will notify you.
