If a user encounters a clinical note error, they can utilize the "Copy Diagnostic to Clipboard " button when reporting new issue to support.
Steps
- Click the blue " copy diagnostics to clipboard" button.
- A pop out box will appear (bottom left corner) confirming "copied diagnostics to clipboard".
- Click the link "filing a support ticket".
- The page will be directed to the support ticket.
- FIll out the support ticket as normal with any required information / details.
- Paste copy of diagnostics (using the function of your mouse / mousepad).
