If a user encounters a clinical note error, they can utilize the "Copy Diagnostic to Clipboard " button when reporting the new issue to support.
Steps
- Click the blue " copy diagnostics to clipboard" button.
- A pop-out box (bottom left corner) will confirm "copied diagnostics to clipboard".
- Click the link "filing a support ticket".
- The page will be directed to the support ticket.
- Fill out the support ticket as normal with any required information/details.
- Paste a copy of the diagnostics (using the function of your mouse/mousepad).
