Healthmonix MIPSpro created PROcodes to document quality actions or eligibility criteria that do have codes assigned by CMS. PROcodes give you the ability to indicate if a certain eligibility criterion was met or if certain actions were met or not met for measures criteria where CMS has not designated a code like a CPT, ICD-10, or a numerator code. Some measures require one or more PROcodes to determine eligibility or performance.

1. You can find PROcodes in your Healthmonix MIPSpro account by going to the Visits section in the Quality section.
2. Select the patient.
3. Scroll down, and select Read More to view the entire entry, and find the appropriate PROcode for the measure.
PROcodes can be added to DrChrono through Custom Procedures. See our article on creating custom procedures here.
Once the codes are in your account you can add them to encounters in the Billing section for the appointment.
