How do I change the email address associated with my OnPatient account?

1. To change the email address associated with your OnPatient account, log into the OnPatient portal and click on your name at the top right of the screen, as pictured below.

2. Next to the My Email field, click Edit.

3. You will then be prompted to enter your account password and new email address information Save Changes to confirm the desired account changes.
