In the EHR/EMR app, you can change your PIN from the default pin or remove your PIN entirely to log in with your password. Depending on your organization's security requirements, a pin may not provide sufficient security.
You can find the security settings under the Account Settings tab.
To disable your PIN, select Disable 4-digit PIN Protection. Tap disable and your account will require a username and password login.
To change your PIN, select Change PIN. You'll be prompted to enter and re-enter a new PIN.
If you forgot your PIN, you may log in with your username and password on the EHR/EMR app or reset your password within account settings in your web EHR.
