Sometimes while working on claims, it's necessary to look at two different dates of service simultaneously. DrChrono makes it easy to do right from the Live Claims Feed!
Here is how to find the option:
- Hover over the Billing tab
- Select Live Claims Feed
- Select the box next to the Open window in new tab feature. It's located in the top panel, on the left. It's just under the patient name search box.
Once selected, you can open multiple appointments and easily click between the tabs to compare/work multiple appointments for a patient.
