Patients can add their preferred pharmacy during the OnPatient check-in process. This pharmacy is the patient's preferred pharmacy in their patient chart in Demographics and for sending eRx.
Add a preferred pharmacy
- On the Appointments page, select Check In.
The Onboarding Forms page opens.
- In the Pharmacy section, select Pharmacy.
The Add Preferred Pharmacy window opens.
- Search for and select the pharmacy.
- Select Add.
The pharmacy appears on the preferred pharmacy list.
In DrChrono, the preferred pharmacies appear in the patient chart in Demographics > Miscellaneous > Patient Preferred Pharmacies.
If a pharmacy is added to the Patient Preferred Pharmacies section in the patient chart in DrChrono, it appears in the patient's OnPatient account as a preferred pharmacy.
