Troubleshooting Speech to Text

If you are encountering issues when trying to use Speech to Text please follow these simple troubleshooting steps so that you can start dictating your notes right away!

1. Ensure the iPad is running the latest version of iOS.
2. Ensure that the DrChrono EHR app is up to date

3. On the iPad, allow DrChrono access to the iPad microphone. To do this go to Settings on your iPad.

4. Select Privacy > Microphone.

5. Enable DrChrono to access the microphone.
