In order to use DrChrono's telehealth feature, you must enable your camera so that you can join video visits.
First Video Visit Launch
When you start your first video visit, you will be asked to allow access to your browser and microphone. Click the Remember this decision checkbox and Allow and you will be ready for your video visit.
What to do if your video was previously disabled in your browser
If your camera had been previously disabled in your browser, not to worry, click on the lock icon in the top left of Firefox's address bar. Click the X next to Use the Microphone and Use the Camera. Refresh the browser and you'll be ready for video visits.
