You can set the language for your patient's reminders in their chart for text and email reminders.
Go to the patient's chart and select the Demographics tab on the left. Under the Important tab, select the preferred reminder language (English, Spanish, or French) from the dropdown menu.
Once the language is set, the email and text reminders will be delivered in the language in the patient's chart.
Note: DrChrono only supports SMS text reminders to US-based numbers and US territories.
