DrChrono will support Dx codes specifically in reference to the Dx codes that are active for a patient.
This update will also remove inactive Dx codes from RxRequests that we receive back from the pharmacy such as, Renewals and Changes. However, we will keep Dx codes for past medications and active medications that are resolved. Only Dx codes that are deleted will be removed from the active and past medications but will remain within the prescription log.
