The DrChrono EHR app makes it easy to create appointments through your iPhone for existing patients and new patients.
Create an appointment for an existing patient:
1. After logging in to the app, tap the ( ) icon. |

2. Select New Appointment or New Video Visit. |

3. Search for the patient you need for the appointment. |
|
|
4. Once you have selected the patient, tap Date & Time to scroll through and find the desired appointment slot. You can also select a provider, and appointment profile, and add other appointment information. Select Save when finished. The appointment will be added to your schedule. |

Create an appointment for a new patient:
If you need to add an appointment for a new patient, you will first need to add the patient to your EHR account.
1. After logging in, select Patients from the bottom menu. Tap the plus ( ) icon to add a new patient. |

2. Fill out the patient's information and select Save. Once saved, you can search for the patient and follow the steps in the existing patient section above to schedule an appointment. |
