To access your Good Faith Estimate, log in to your OnPatient account and click Messages at the top. You should see your GFE in your inbox. Click to open.
Once opened, your estimate will be available for review. Click the Start Review button to begin.
The review will display a PDF of your estimate that will need to be signed and accepted.
To accept your GFE, check the box at the bottom, type your name, and click the blue Accept & Sign button.
If you accept your GFE, the following screen will be displayed as confirmation and will allow you to download a copy for yourself:
If you choose to decline your GFE, you will be asked to confirm by clicking the red Decline button and your response will be sent to your provider.
