Use our form reorder tool to change the order that custom forms (the forms under the Additional tab) appear when charting on the DrChrono EHR app or on the web. This does not change the order that sections appear in the complete note. Click here for information on the complete note format.
To change the order of these templates, go to Clinical > Form Reorder on the web.
From there, just click, drag, and drop to rearrange the forms. When you're done click Save!
