DrChrono supports different file types across the platform. Below are examples of where different file types can be utilized in the software.
- Outgoing Faxes: .jpg, .png, .pdf documents
- Freedraw: pdf, jpg, jpeg, png, tiff, bmp, tif
- OnPatient Consent forms: only PDF
- Uploaded Documents: any file type (but only PDFs, JPEG, PNG, and MP4 files show on the iPad, and the rest are visible/viewable online)
Please note: Video files cannot be used with free draw fields.
