Before building your form, we recommend reviewing Best Practices for Building Custom Forms designed to help you make the most of the clinical notes feature.
When building a form, the {{value}} button is critical to the fields in this article. The {{value}} field renders the information you enter or select onto the clinical note.
You will need one {{value}} in your generated text section of the note for the following fields:
- Short-text fields {{value}} will pull in the text you type into the field to the note.
- Single select fields will pull the option you select into the note.
- Multiple select fields will pull your selections to the note
- Fraction fields
