Where do I need {{value}} when I am building a form?

When building a form, the {{value}} button is critical to the fields in this article. The {{value}} field renders the information you enter or select onto the clinical note.

You will need one {{value}} in your generated text section of the note for the following fields:
  • Short-text fields {{value}} will pull in the text you type into the field to the note.

  • Single select fields will pull the option you select into the note.
