ePS and Real Time Eligibility (RTE) If you are enrolled with ePS Clearinghouse, the RTE button will be disabled if the payer does not offer real time eligibility information or if they require enrollment which has not been completed.
Ability to add Supervising Provider on the SuperBill We have added a feature that will allow the name of any Supervising Provider to list on the SuperBill. Adding Supervising Provider to the Patient Superbill
New ANSI code Ansi reason code 294 has been added to the DrChrono system and will be utilized to post ERA transactions for Workers Comp claims.
Update to DSM-5 code descriptions The descriptions for DSM-5 codes have been updated to match the current 5th edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
Additional HCPCS Code HCPCS code A9607 has been added to the DrChrono system and can be added to your fee schedule and included on patient claims.
Update to OnPatient Payments Tab The tab OnPatient Payments has been separated into two separate tabs; Stripe Payments and DrChrono Payments. If you process payments through Stripe or DrChrono payments exclusively, you will only see one tab and your payment transactions will appear there. If you utilize both, both tabs will appear and payments processed will appear under their respective tab.

EHI Data Export Update

As part of the required EHI for the ONC B10 data exports, provenance fields have been included within the EHI data export csv for all data classes. Provenance refers to the ability to audit and track the authoring information for data.

The provenance fields include:

API - Null created_by field We have resolved an issue in which the created_by field was not populating for some users when creating an appointment.
API - Error including custom_fields when creating telehealth appointments We have fixed an error that occurred when including custom_field objects in POST requests with api/telehealth_appointments.

Resolutions

Product Area Summary Description
Clinical Inability to Lock Clinical Notes Users were receiving a "missing required field" error pop window despite data existing in the referenced field(s). A fix as been implemented to allow the clinical note to be locked without receiving an error once all required fields are entered.
Clinical Patient Profile Picture A fix has been implemented to display the entire patient profile picture, instead of being cropped.
Clinical Patient Preferred Communication On default, if there is no Preferred Communication set, the patient's cell phone number will display in the patient chart header. If the patient does not have a cell phone number entered, the header will display the patient's home phone number. If the patient does not have a cell phone or home phone number entered, the header will display the patient's work phone number. Otherwise, if the patient does not have any phone numbers entered, the header will display a "Missing" text.
Practice Management Send Fax button not loading We've resolved an issue where the Send Fax button kept spinning when faxing a specific PDF document.
Practice Management Sample patient data not removed after turning sample patient data off We have implemented a fix for sample patient data not being removed after turning sample data off.
