IIS Publicity Profile - Immunization

The following fields have been added to the IIS Publicity Profile located within the Immunization tab of the patient's chart.

1. ID Number
2. Mother’s Maiden Name
3. Multiple Birth Indicator
4. Birth Order

How to reach the Immunization Profile screen

1. Open a patient’s chart

2. Click on the “Immunizations” tab on the left side menu

3. Click on the “Jump to” button on the right side of the screen

4. Select “IIS Publicity Profile”
