Easily send messages to all members in your practice by using the DrChrono Check-In app chat feature.
1. Log in to the DrChrono Check-In app. From the main screen select the stacked 3-line (
) menu icon in the upper right-hand corner. Tap Chat.
2. A pop-up window will appear where you can type a message that will be sent to all practice group members. Once the message is ready select Send.
3. Any messages will appear under the Inter-Office Messaging with a date and time stamp. All messages will appear in the Practice Chat pop-up window.
4. Other users can respond on the web or iPad EHR apps.
Practice Chat messages can not be deleted once they are posted. Older messages will disappear as newer ones are posted over time. We return the 25 most recent messages that were sent within the last 14 days.
