Can I transfer previous immunization records from a state registry to DrChrono via Iron Bridge? |
Currently, DrChrono does not support the ability to reconcile. There is an option to view the historical immunization records in DrChrono (Immunizations tab > History and Forecast button). |
What is multiple birth indicator? |
The order the patient was born if the patient is from a set of multiples (ex: twins, triplets etc.). |

Is publicity effective date required? |
Yes. |

How is The California Immunization Registry (CAIR) create the patient ID or account? | It queries from demographics and generates the patient ID. | ||||||||||
Do “registry status effective date” and “publicity effective date” have to match what is in the CAIR database (if PG does not know CAIR ID)? | No these values do not need to match. | ||||||||||
How can I submit multiple vaccinations?

DrChrono offers the ability to bulk send multiple vaccines for a single patient only. For example : If you select multiple vaccines from the Step 1 tab, and choose to click the "Save" button. Once you click on the "Save & Sync to Registry" button (Step 3 tab), any vaccines that were not previously submitted to the state registry AND were administered on or after the vaccine threshold date will be sent to the state registry as a bulk submission. |

Yes.

What if the provider(s) no longer work for my practice but their records need to be upload to the state registry ? |
If their DrChrono account is still active, their recorded immunization records can be sent to the state registry system with the use of the "Save and Sync to Registry" button.

Which funding resources does DrChrono support? |
DrChrono supports the ability to send any of the following funding sources for all vaccine submissions:
