Practice chat notifications are a great tool you can set up for your practice to stay on top of internal communications.
To get started, we need to turn on the setting for notifications.
Go to Account > Provider Settings and select the General tab.
Scroll down to the Communications section and check the box for Allow practice chat notifications when receiving messages. Click Update Entire Profile when to save.
Now when you receive a practice chat message, you will see a notification in the top right of your screen.
- Click the Read message to be taken to the chat window to read the message.
- Click X to close the notification.
The notification will disappear automatically after a few seconds.
