Saving an Email Template


1. Go to Patients > Send Email

2. Write Out Your Email. Make sure to fill out the "Email Subject". This gives your template a name.

3. Click "Save Template" 

4. Your Email Template will have now saved. Select the template from the "Load from Template" Section and it will autofill the body of the email. It will be named whatever you entered into the "Email Subject". 

5. If you'd like to make changes to an existing template hit "Save Template" after making changes to an existing template. You can also "Save as New Template" if you'd like to keep the original template and the template you made changes to.
