With a DrChrono Trial Account, you will not have access to the following:
- Rx
- Labs
- Reminder
- Medical Speech-to-text
- Claims Management
- 3rd-Party Integrations
Security Restrictions for Trial Accounts
Security restrictions must be placed on our trial accounts for HIPAA compliance.
The DrChrono API is not available to Free Trial accounts. When you upgrade to one of our paid plans, you will have access to the DrChrono API. If you need access as a Free Trial user, please contact DrChrono Support.
Data upload restrictions have also been placed on Free Trial accounts to protect PHI. Free trial accounts are not allowed to bulk import patient data, however, you can use sample patient data instead. To import patients, please go here to Upgrade your Plan.
