Iron Bridge -"Reason for Refusal" field added to the Step 3: Record Vaccinations tab |
In the Immunizations section of the patient chart, a Reason for Refusal" field has been added to the Step 3: Record Vaccinations tab. When the user clicks on the Reason for Refusal field, a dropdown list will appear to choose from. Assigning an "administered amount" value for refused and historical vaccines |
For historical and refused vaccines DrChrono will automatically log the administered amount value to avoid Iron Bridge validation issues. Iron Bridge - "Errored" vaccine submissions |
Vaccine submissions that fail due to an error message will be marked as "Errored" for the registry status. Users will be able to correct the error via the edit option and use the resend button (next to the Errored status) to resubmit the vaccine as a new submission with the changes made to the vaccine record. |

Iron Bridge - Immunization Historical Reconciliation Process
