To use DrChrono's telehealth feature, you must enable your camera so that you can join video visits.
First Video Visit Launch
When you start your first video visit, you will be asked to allow access to your browser and microphone. Click Allow and you will be ready for your video visit.
What to do if your video was previously disabled in your browser
If your camera was previously disabled in your browser click on the camera icon in the top right of Edge's address bar.
- Click the button " Always allow https://drchrono.com to access your camera and microphone"
- Done.
- Refresh the browser
You are now ready for video visits.
