A fix has been implemented where parent switches turned on via the clinical note did not reveal their child fields in OnPatient web for patient check-in unless the patient unchecks/rechecks the parent switch.

Unexpected Application Error
|
The fix ensures that the cache is cleared when a user attempts to generate a PDF for previewing clinical notes. As a result, users should no longer encounter the error message 'Unexpected Application Error' when trying to sign, lock, or preview a clinical note.
If users continue to experience the issue, it is recommended that their local cache be cleared manually one additional time. |

We fixed an issue where Patient HIPAA Signature was saved in the patient chart in Documents > Uploaded Documents instead of Signed Consent Forms. Patient signature files are now saved in Signed Consent Forms.

Recorded Organization Name improvements

We fixed an issue where if you turned on Use Organization Name On Reminders and Onpatient Invites, you could not load your previous recording. We have updated the recording area so you can listen to, delete, and rerecord your recordings.

Recurring break improvements

We fixed an issue where you could not edit recurring breaks after 72 hours and had to wait a week before you could edit. You can now update recurring breaks after the expected 72 hours.
