Families Using OnPatient

This article describes how families can manage their OnPatient accounts.

Email addresses for child accounts

Parents with Gmail accounts can create accounts under the parent account. For example, the parent account, parent.name@gmail.com, can include parent.name+child1@gmail.com and parent.name+child2@gmail.com for the children. Notification emails will go to the parent email (parent.name@gmail.com). 

If you do not have a Gmail account, you must create email accounts for your children. Set up forwarding so emails sent to that address get forwarded to you. 

Add representatives to manage child accounts

You can designate a representative for your OnPatient account. Parents/guardians can use the representative role to manage health records and provider communications for their minor children.

Representatives must also have an OnPatient account.
