DrChrono users with an Updox account can sign in to Updox using their DrChrono credentials to authorize the integration by doing one of the following:
- Select the Updox icon within DrChrono.
- Sign in using this link.
If you have an Updox account but do not see the Updox icon in DrChrono, sign in to Updox using this link and then sign in to DrChrono to verify that the icon appears.
Updox opens your inbox.
Other providers and staff in the practice group who aren’t Updox subscribers can see the icon, but when non-subscribers select the icon, an Updox error page opens instructing them to open an Updox support case.
