The Utilization Analysis report will allow you insight into appointments scheduled and billable and those that were rescheduled, canceled, or were no-shows. The information can be viewed by a date range, provider (single, multiple, or all), or office (single, multiple, or all).
Once the parameters are set, the info will be displayed in both a bar graph and chart.
