Updated Form Builder beta We renamed Form Builder beta and repositioned it in the dropdown menu for better visibility. The page title has been updated to Clinical Form Management in the new form builder to ensure consistency.

Medicare eligibility enrollment All eligibility enrollment requests for Medicare, RR Medicare, and DME through clearinghouse ePS are now consolidated under payer ID MCELG.
2025 CPT codes The DrChrono system has been updated with new 2025 additions, deletions, and altered codes effective January 1, 2025.
HCPCS code addition HCPCS code G0545 has been added to the DrChrono system and can be added to your fee schedule and included on patient claims.

Patient flag alerts You can set up patient flag alerts so designated flags appear for patients or appointments that have been assigned those flags. This was released on December 16 and was announced in   Patient Flag Alerts
View the previous month's usage in Account Settings You can view your previous month's usage on the Usage tab in Account Settings.
Billing profile ID for the appointment profile API response You can view the billing profile associated with the appointment profile API response.

Clinical and Regulatory Patient Header loading improvements We fixed an issue where the Patient Header intermittently failed to load when opening multiple patient charts.  The Patient Header now loads as expected. 
Clinical and Regulatory Multi-select value options saving improvements The multi-select value options save successfully without triggering error messages.
Clinical and Regulatory Bulk lock clinical notes improvements We fixed an issue with the bulk lock clinical notes screen.  The Start Note link didn't appear for unstarted clinical notes and the Edit Note link didn't appear for clinical notes in progress. As the notes are documented, the Start Note link now changes to Edit Note.  
Clinical and Regulatory Clinical note performance improvements This performance improvement aims to reduce timeout issues when previewing clinical notes. By December 24, the features will be globally turned on for all users.
Payments and RCM Default payment setting set to none We fixed an issue when the default payment method was set to none and you couldn't save payment information.
Payments and RCM Incorrect claim status icon and inconsistent filtering We resolved issues with both an incorrect claim status icon appearing and inconsistent filtering within the Live Claims Feed.
Payments and RCM HCPCS description not staying under the Billing tab in the clinical note We fixed an issue where the HCPCS code description disappeared after it was entered into the Billing tab under the clinical note.
Payments and RCM Improvements to editing and saving appointments We fixed an issue that prevented appointments from being edited and resaved. You can now edit and save appointments. 
Payments and RCM Global adjustment amount on the generated ERA We fixed an issue where the generated ERA didn't reflect the correct global adjustment amount. The reported report now reflects the correct global adjustment amount. 
PlatformScheduling widget improvementsWe fixed an issue where the iframe failed to load when attempting to view the embedded scheduling widget on an online scheduling website. The scheduling widget now loads successfully.
PlatformTelehealth video preview improvementsWe fixed an issue where providers could not see their video preview during a telehealth video visit when the browser was in wide or full-screen mode. Providers can now see their video preview even when the browser is in wide or full-screen mode.
