Enhancements

Message count display update

When the message count exceeds 99, the app now shows 99+ on the message center tab, dashboard, and message/task icons. This makes it clear that there are more than 99 messages without showing the exact number.

  • If your message count is 99 or greater, it appears as 99+.
  • If the message count is less than 99, the actual number is shown.

EHR iPhone and iPad: Show app version on the login screen

You can now see the app version on the login screen, making it easier to identify which version you're using.

How it works now:

  • For users who downloaded the app from the App Store, the version appears as a.b.c (for example, 1.2.3).
  • For users on TestFlight, the version shows as a.b.c(build) (for example, 1.2.3(45)).

Resolutions

Issue with Document Sharing on iPad

We have fixed an issue that caused some documents, including lab results, not to attach when shared via email on iPads. Now, all document types, including lab results, will successfully attach via the email share option.

Unable to Upload Documents to Patient Charts via Email on iPhone/iPad

The issue where the DrChrono EHR app did not open after selecting it to upload a document from an email has been resolved. Now, the app will open properly and allow users to upload documents to patient charts as expected.

Custom response validation failed error when turning off medications and allergies on iPad

The issue has been addressed where users encountered a "Custom response validation failed" error when attempting to turn off the Medications and Allergies toggle switch in Doctor Options on the iPad. Previously, the toggle switch automatically reverted back to on and triggered the validation error when attempting to turn it off.

Now, when users go to More > Account Settings > Doctor Options and turn the Enable/Disable (Hide Medications and Allergies) off, the setting now remains in the off position as expected.

The validation error no longer occurs, and the toggle switch stays off without reverting back to on.

Message center count

A fix has been implemented to ensure the correct message count for read/unread messages is displayed when viewed across different devices.

Switch Control Display in Split Mode on iPad

An issue where the "Onpatient Access" switch control did not display properly when using the iPad in Split Mode has been resolved.

The switch control for patient access will now display properly in Split Mode, allowing users to manage settings without any display issues.
