The DrChrono EHR has an automated way to send OnPatient invitations to your patient after their visit. This is a great way to encourage all your patients to use the OnPatient portal so that you can provide a higher level of service to them.
To begin, mouse over Account on your navigation bar and select OnPatient Settings.
2. Click on the Communication tab. Check the Automated Patient Invite to OnPatient box, and your patients will be invited to the OnPatient Patient Portal after the first appointment visit. When you're done, click on the Update Entire Profile button to save your settings.
