Support for Square Payments
The DrChrono EHR app now supports Square Payments. This update enhances compatibility and improves payment processing performance within the app, including:
- Better integration with Square payment processing.
- Increased stability and security for payment transactions.
Resolutions
Error message appeared after successful Square payments
We fixed an issue where an error message displayed on iPads after completing a Square payment transaction in the DrChrono EHR app. Payments were accurately recorded in both the DrChrono EHR app and the Square portal; however, the app incorrectly showed a post-payment error. The error message no longer appears for processed payments, restoring expected behavior and improving the overall user experience.
