If you have an OnPatient account with one provider, you can connect it to another provider's office.
- In the invitation email, select Sign Up Now.
The OnPatient sign-up page opens.
- Select Login.
- Enter your date of birth and phone number, and select Confirm and connect.
Both providers are available in the Doctors tab. You can book appointments, send and receive messages, and view your health summary as usual.
