Before you start using DrChrono EHR, make sure your computer, browser, and mobile devices meet the minimum requirements below. Using a supported setup helps pages load correctly and keeps features like telehealth visits running smoothly.
Supported browsers
DrChrono EHR works on the latest versions of these browsers:

- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox

Computer requirements
DrChrono EHR supports Windows and Mac computers. Your computer must run one of these operating systems and meet that operating system's minimum hardware requirements.

Mobile device requirements
DrChrono mobile apps work on most, but not all, iPads and iPhones. To check your device, refer to Compatible iOS Versions and Devices Supported by DrChrono.
