Viewing the Generated Note
Once generation is complete, you can toggle between two views:
- Transcript: A word-for-word record of the conversation
- Note: The AI-generated clinical documentation organized by section
Working with the Transcript
- Click "Copy" to save the transcript to your clipboard for your records
- Click "Restart Visit" if you need to re-record (you'll receive a warning before proceeding)
Editing the Clinical Note
EverHealth Scribe generates your note by pulling information from both the patient's chart and the visit transcript. The accuracy varies based on available patient context.

Inline Editing
You can edit any section directly within EverHealth Scribe. Click into any text field to make changes. The system will learn your documentation preferences over time and adapt to your style.
Using the Magic Bar
The magic bar allows you to give AI instructions for specific sections. For example, you can type "Expand the Physical Exam section" and the AI will add more detail to that area.
Providing Feedback
Each section has a feedback option where you can give positive or negative feedback. The sparkle icon next to each section indicates whether EverHealth Scribe should remember the format of that particular section for future visits.
