The Pregnancy Status form element allows providers to document pregnancy status in a structured format that maintains SNOMED codification.

Pregnancy Status Options

A single-select dropdown is shown with the following options (the system stores the description and code):

Document Pregnancy Status

Users can:

  • Select a pregnancy status from the dropdown
  • Enter a date

Auto-Populate Code Attachment

Upon selection:

  • The SNOMED code is automatically populated in the Code attachment section (not editable)
  • Users can add other associated codes manually
  • SNOMED codes are automatically populated upon selection and cannot be edited

The Customized Note section keeps its current functionality, allowing the user to edit.

CCDA Output

The data is displayed correctly in the CCDA PDF generator using the appropriate SNOMED codes.
