Check-In App Payment Processing
We’ve updated the Check-In App to use the latest version of Stripe payment technology through the EverCommerce Payments SDK.
What’s changing?
The app now runs on an upgraded payment integration designed to improve performance and compatibility with supported payment devices.
What does this mean for you?
- No changes to the Check-In App interface or workflow
- Continued secure and seamless payment processing
- Improved reliability when using supported payment devices

- This update enables testing with newer Stripe payment devices and test cards
- The minimum supported iOS version has increased, so older devices may need to be updated

Exam Rooms Filter Fix in Check-In App
We’ve resolved an issue affecting how exam rooms appear in the Filters section of the Check-In App.
What was happening?
Some providers were unable to see exam rooms when using Filters, making it difficult to filter schedules or manage visits by room.
What’s been fixed?
- Exam rooms now display correctly under the Filters section for the selected office
- The issue affecting provider accounts has been resolved
- Filtering by exam room should now work as expected
What does this mean for you?
- You can view and select exam rooms when using Filters
- Improved visibility when managing schedules and patient flow
