EverHealth Scribe
The EverHealth Scribe introduces AI-powered documentation tools designed to reduce clinical note burden and streamline workflows during patient visits. These features help capture conversations, generate structured clinical notes, and prepare information for seamless EHR submission.
Get started with Scribe today!
Key benefits
- Less documentation time: Ambient Scribe listens during visits and automatically generates a complete clinical note.
- Greater control and accuracy: Providers can customize AI-generated notes before they are sent to the EHR.
- Smarter coding support (in testing): Recommends ICD-10 codes based on visit transcripts and queues them for EHR submission.
- Improved efficiency: Reduces manual entry and allows providers to focus more on patient care.

Open in Scribe feature

Users with EverHealth Scribe access can now launch the app directly from the DrChrono mobile app using the new Open in Scribe button next to Start Visit. This allows providers to begin a visit using ambient AI documentation. If a patient declines AI documentation, users can still proceed with a regular visit using Start Visit.
EverHealth Scribe is not available in the DrChrono macOS app. Users on macOS will not see the Open in Scribe button. To use Ambient Scribe, access it through a supported browser or the iPad app.

Improved reliability when saving clinical notes

Billing codes not populating on first entry on iPad
We resolved an issue in the iPad EHR app where CPT and HCPCS codes and charges did not populate on the first entry in the Billing section. Codes now appear immediately when selected, ensuring accurate and efficient billing on the first attempt.

Archiving tasks and messages in EHR App
We resolved an issue in the EHR app where using Archive Task and Message only archived the task, leaving the associated message in the Message Center. Now, both the task and its message are properly archived when using this option in the app.
Stripe M2 reader connection issue on iPad
We resolved an issue where the Stripe M2 card reader failed to connect with DrChrono Payments on an iPad. The reader now successfully pairs with the iPad, allowing providers to process patient payments without connection issues.
