You can edit the providers assigned to an office and change the office hours in the Work Schedule section of the Offices page.

Edit the providers in the office
When you create an office, it is automatically assigned to all providers in the practice group. You can remove or add a previously removed provider from the office.
- Select Account > Practice Management > General Management > Offices.
- Select View for a specific office and scroll down to Work Schedule.
- Select Assign to Providers.
- Edit the providers and select Assign.


Change office hours
- Select Account > Practice Management > General Management > Offices.
- Select View for a specific office and scroll down to Work Schedule.
- Select Edit to open the Edit Office Hours side panel.
- Make your changes and select Save Changes.
